If you have let the video run its full length without interfering with the video player, and you still have issues advancing to the next slide, you may have a browser concern. For each step below, you will have to let the video timer run down before expecting a fix. Try the following steps:
- Clear your cache and/or cookies from your Internet browser and then let the video run. When the video has run, see if the right arrow appears.
- Try a different browser and let the video run its full course again. Try to advance
- Try using an “incognito” setting on your Chrome browser or a “private session” on the Firefox browser.
- Check with your IT department to see if there is something interfering on your work network.
- Submit a helpdesk ticket if none of these options work.
