I finished watching a video in its entirety (the video timer clock has reached 0:00), but I can’t move forward; there is no right arrow to advance to the slide.

If you have let the video run its full length without interfering with the video player, and you still have issues advancing to the next slide, you may have a browser concern.  For each step below, you will have to let the video timer run down before expecting a fix.  Try the following steps:

  1. Clear your cache and/or cookies from your Internet browser and then let the video run. When the video has run, see if the right arrow appears.
  2. Try a different browser and let the video run its full course again. Try to advance
  3. Try using an “incognito” setting on your Chrome browser or a “private session” on the Firefox browser.
  4. Check with your IT department to see if there is something interfering on your work network.
  5. Submit a helpdesk ticket if none of these options work.
