I finished my training, but my certificate of completion won’t print

You were allotted 3 attempts to achieve a score of 80% or higher in order to pass the course.  If you used more than the 3 attempts, the print certificate functionality became disabled.  Contact your administrator who will reset your enrollment so that you will have 3 additional attempts to achieve the required score.  Once you score the required 80% within the 3 attempts, your certificate should print.
