[LYN-840] – User Profile Custom attributes that drive targeting in User .CSV imports do not work
This release fixes a bug where a member associated with a custom attribute in the User .csv file upload would not be automatically associated with an existing target that used the same custom attribute. This now works as expected and the Target gets populated if the filter picks up the matching custom attribute condition for the User(s).
