[SPRIN-361] – Course Messages for Faculty - Back end access
We are excited to release a new feature that now allows enrolled Faculty members to access and respond to Course messages from the dialogEDU back-end view. In previous versions, one had to switch to the Course front-end in order to access, view and respond to messages. This introduces a dramatic improvement in efficiencies and usability.
Messages can now be accessed via a box that displays a message count for unread message threads in the Course Overview page OR via a drop-down menu option called Messages, for the course.
These options are grayed out and unavailable if the current user is NOT enrolled as a Faculty member in the Course. The View course permission is needed to be able to access the messaging feature in the back-end.
The look and feel remain the same as the front-end messaging feature that was already available in the previous versions of dialogEDU LMS.
[LYN-888] - New Columns for the Event Listing page – sortable
The Event listing page on the back-end now has additional columns that provide useful information at a glance and are also sortable for better visibility. The new columns are Category, Start, End, Location, Price and People Limit.
[LYN-889] - Events- Add an Export option from within Event list
New to this release is the ability to export Events from the Event listing page. This is tied to a permission.
[LYN-891] - Events- Add an Export option from within RSVP List
New to this release is the ability to export Event RSVPs from the Event RSVP listing page. This is tied to a permission.
[LYN-892] - Permission for Events - RSVP Export option
New to this release is a permission to allow the ability for an authorized user to export Event RSVPs from the Event RSVP listing page.
[LYN-893] - Permission for the Export CSV option from within the Event page
New to this release is a permission to allow an authorized user the ability to export Events from the Event listing page.
